But it doesn't have to be like this. 

Usually, when we are facing difficult times and are going through complex problems and challenges, we feel stressed and trapped. The real problem, is our lack of knowledge and understanding on how to deal with situations that are challenging and difficult.

In 2016 I had the "good" luck of experiencing a business crisis myself and since then, I can only tell you: use the opportunity of experiencing challenging situations. Great outcomes can derive from it.
